Whether it's date night with a special someone, friends, kids, special event, a unique proposal, hotel/room decor or maybe just a rendezvous, we are here to be the concierge service for you.
Our Rendezvous Luxury Picnics, you choose the location, we provide the outdoor or indoor service. Starting from set up decor, food, activites, ambiance, and clean up. You just come enjoy as we create a unique luxury Rendezvous picnic. (Serving the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino & special travel.)

What is a Rendezvous?

What is a date night concierge
With concierge services it's our job to make your date night a full experience, without dealing with the stress or hassle that can come with planning a date, special occasion or gifting. We utilize our network of vendors (from restaurants, hotels, spas, chefs, bartenders, and much more), to create the right rendezvous for you.
What type of Rendezvous do you create?
We create for romantic, birthdays, anniversaries, parent/ child, girls night, guys night out, small group dates, wedding night room decor, marriage proposal, bachelorette parties, and luxury picnics for any occasion.
What is included with luxury picnic?
All picnic set-ups include the following:
Delivery, set-up & breakdown
Location suggestions (parks & beaches)
One time use cutlery, glassware & plates
Coordination & styling
Cushions
2.5 hour seating time (can be extended upon request for an additional charge)

Damages
There is a $75+ refundable damage deposit attached to your invoice in case of damaged or lost items. You are responsible for the set up and its entirety during the duration of your event and until Rendezvous take possession of the items. The damage deposit will be refunded no later than 48 hours after your event, granted there are no lost or damaged items and no professional cleaning required on any of the equipment.
If the damages to items surpass the damage deposit, you will be charged full cost of said items to the card on file . For customs events over 10 people, the deposit starts at $200.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, am I right? If you wish to cancel your Rendezvous entirely, please note that all fees paid for activities are non-refundable, and deposit is non-refundable after 5 days, of booking. If you wish to reschedule instead, you have up to 3 days before the date of your Rendezvous to reschedule. 2 days or less may result in a rescheduling fee. The date of your new Rendezvous must be rescheduled within 2 months of the date of your original picnic. If you do not wish to reschedule, we can cancel your picnic entirely, no refunds.
Release of Liability
Using the services provided by Rendezvous by EB you and your party agree that Rendezvous by EB can not be held liable for any injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property resulting from you or your party's use of our services. You acknowledge that you and your party's use of our services involve inherent risks of injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property, that you and your party's participation is entirely voluntary and that you and your party elect to assume all such risk and use the services provided by Rendezvous by EB. You and your party, along with your respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors, and assigns agree to waive any right to bring legal action against Rendezvous by EB for personal injury, illness, death, and/or personal property damage/loss sustained while engaging in our events or using our services. If you or your party should require medical attention while using our services or participating in one of our events you and your party also agree to be financially responsible for the costs of that treatment. Please follow the city laws on alcohol/drug use in public spaces or parks. You and your party agree to all terms and conditions above upon booking/paying for the picnic.
Is this good for any age?
Yes!! As a mother of two and knowing the importance of children's play "Rendezvous" date, of an unique birthday, parent child dates I cater to all ages.
